The inclusion * in the budget of any item or items does not constitute an obligation for commitment on the part of the Board ol Supervisors of Rappahannock County to appropriate any funds for that item or purpose There is no allocation 01 designation of any funds of the County tor any purpose until there has first been an appropriation for that pur- i pose by the Board of Supervisors. A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget for informative purposes at the Rappahanmxk County Courthouse on the 7th day of June. 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at which time any citizen of the County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1. 2004 will be adopted bv the Board of Supervisors no later than July 1. 2004 and at least seven days following the hearing at which time the Board of Supervisors shall set tax rates for tax year 2(X)5.
