Jeanie McNear, Rappahannock County volunteer coordinator in the retired senior volunteer program, and Ethyl Bailey, an active community volunteer for 13 years, attended the 11th Annual Volunteer Recognition luncheon sponsored by the State Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services Board in Richmond April 15. Mrs. Bailey was recognized for her volunteer efforts in providing transportation for clients of Rappahannock Family Guidance to and from their appointments.
The recently released Virginia 1994 Bed and Breakfast Guide lists 10 Rappahannock businesses among the members of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Virginia. This number is larger than the number of members in any other Virginia county.
