Mills, CN, Certified Nutritionist will be discussing MS and nutrition, including information on vitamins and herbs The meeting will include a Healthy Snack Day with snacks provided The class will be held in the CRH board room. June 3, 17 and July 1 New Mother Support Group If you have just given birth to your first child o your next child, you will find a warm welcome at this supportive group It meets on the first and third Thursday of each month and is led by a registered nurse Babies and healthy siblings are invited You can weigh your baby, ask questions, share ideas and concerns with other moms. Registration is not required, but call 829-4114 to confirm date and time. 10-11:30am
