FUNtastic Reading continues at Rappahannock County Library this Friday evening, July 8. at 5 p.m. Be assured the Tfeens Balloon Art Class will not be your traditional balloonmaking course. It is for teens only — rising 8th grade and up.

Youngsters are encouraged to arrive early and be fitted with a balloon hat courtesy of our “Twisted Teens.”
