and SynergyDance

Monday and Wednesday: 5:30 Nia; 7:00 yoga with the following exceptions. There will be no classes on Monday, July 11, Wednesday, July 13 and Monday, July 18.

There will be Sunday evening yoga classes at 7:00 on July 10, 24 and 31.
