Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to research and analyze data and to develop reports, identify trends and develop recommendations; ability to communicate effectively and to develop productive working relationships with staff and the general public. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field. Experience in human resource management is required.
