PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE CONCERNING FAMILY APARTMENTS The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, shall hold a public hearing on Monday, August 1, 2005, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the following amendment(s) to the Rappahannock County Code provisions for Zoning (§170): Delete the first, second and third sentences of § 170-62 G. (1) and replace with the following language: Such use shall contain not more than 1,200 square feet of living space. If such living space is in a structure (other than an otherwise permitted single family home) that incudes other accessory space, then it must be served by a separate entrance to the outside of the structure in which it is contained, and there can be no access connection between the family apartment and the balance of the structure. AND Delete the text of the seventh sentence of*i 170-62 G (1) These proposed amendments shall also be considered by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at 7:30 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
