The Rappahannock County Panning Commission recommended a set of restrictions, induing those listed below. to apply to a conference center at the MWer Farm.
• Approved uses: A conference center having no more tian to overnight guests, weddings and smalt conferences, as welt as trail ndes and nature hikes. This permit does not contemplate arty new structures, or substantial alteration to the footprint of any existing structure.
• tndoor events: No limitation on the number of events held completely indoors at the existing residence on the Miller Farm for up to 50 people. Indoor events of more than 50 people shaft be limited to eight per year.
• Outdoor events: No more han seven per calendar year; with no more than one per month. Two outdoor events each year can have up to 200
