On Saturday, February 9, more than a dozen organizations will gather in Sperryville, Virginia, for the second Annual Wildlife Habitat Open House. Learn about funds that may be available to you for habitat initiatives. Arrange for onsite assistance with habitat issues. Discover how little it takes to make a big difference in preserving our native species.
Sponsored by the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protections Biodiversity Task Force, in partnership with the Piedmont Environmental Council and Rapp FLOW (Rappahannock Friends and Lovers of Our Watersheds), the Open House will give visitors a chance to scan the offerings of a host of conservation organizations, pick up literature, and talk one-on-one with experts.
