Dr. Paula L. Howland, who is licensed as a clinical psychologist by the state of Virginia, opened her practice this month upstairs in the old Rappahannock Bank building at 257 Gay Street,
Dr. Howland’s practice is called Rappahannock Psychological Services, and will serve adults, adolescents, children, couples and families.
She has over 20 years of experience working in clinical and educational psychology. Howland is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and received her Ph.D. from American University in Washington, D.C. 1
