In the execution of a Deed of Trust dated November 22, 2005, and recorded in the Clerk s Office, Circuit Court of the Rapphannock County, VA, on November 28, 2005, as Instrument #050002230, in the original principal amount of $1,800,000, default having been made in the payment of the debt thereby secured and being requested by the note holder so to do, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction, in front of the Rapphannock County Courthouse, 238 Gay Street, Washington VA 22747 on Friday, September T2, 2008, at 1:00 p.m„ that certain real property or premises, with all improvements thereon, commonly known as 12567 Lee Highway, Washington. VA 22474, Tax Map No. 28-48, the brief legal description of which is as follows:

Property 1: Ail that certain parcel of land with alt buildings and improvements thereon and pnvileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magistenai Distnct, Rapphannock County, Virginia, on the north side of U.S. Route 21-522 and designated as the ’’Residue," as shown on plat of survey of VH&D, Inc., by Richard H. Vogel, C.LS., dated December 9, 1977, revised October 31. 1978 and recorded in Plat Book 2, ad Page 95, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rapphannock County, Virginia. consisting of Tract t and Parcel 1, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in the above referenced deed of trust.

Property 2: All that certain parcel of land, located, lying and being in Hampton Magistenai Distnct, Rapphannock County, Virginia, shown as Parcel 1, containing 2.7457 acres, MORE OR LESS, on plat of survey of John M. Baumgardner. LS„ dated March 20, 2000, and entitled "Boundary Exchange Baumgardner and Bleu Rock Farms, LLC Properties."
