Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 at the t950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 7:00pm in the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 08-08-01 Christopher X Boucher, dbe All Star Septic, contract purchaser of the property located at t558 Zachary Taylor Highway, Huntty (4.6301 acres, Tax Map 5, Parcel 6, zoned A -Agncuttural. Wakefield District), owned by Edith T. North, desires a Special Exception permit to operate a contractor s office/ shop/ yard. Mr. Boucher plans to store trucks and equipment inside the former sawmill building. Exception allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Coda.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginta, and is available for public inspectHR. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2088 at 7:30pm at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
