Wilson Surveyor, on October 4, 1961, the sad tract or parcel at land is more particularly known and designated as Parcel D, containing 3.584 acres of the Putnam tract as the same is subdivided by a plat and Deed of Dedication dated November 20, 1961 and ecorded in the Clerk s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 75, Page 456; and from reference to said plat it appears that the tract or parcel herein conveyed fronts a total distance of 858.36 on the southwestern side of said State Highway Route No. 637. adjoins the laid of King on the west for a distance of 369.75 and adjoins Parcel C, on the south a distance of 689.85 .
