Rae Gaedke who owns Rae’s in SperryviUe said her restaurant also has been hurt by the economy She said the number of her customers is down and food prices have bitten into her profit margin.
“I don't know if I can be open another winter or not. but I love w hat I do and I am going to try* Rae said.
She added she has had to cut hours, does a lot more of the work herself and uses food she has grown from her garden. She said she is lining up musical entertainment in order to attract customers.
