KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council and Planning Commission of the Town of Washington. Virginia will hold a joint public heanng on the 22nd day of September. 2008, beginning at 7 30 p.m. at the Town Hall of Washington. Virginia to consider the adoption of an ordinance as part of the Historic Distnct Ordinances to provide for guidelines for the Architectural Review Board to use and consider in acting upon any application or matter that comes before it. The guidelines constitute a comprehensive document setting forth development standards, building standards, matenal selections and design cntena that would be applicable to remodeling or new construction within the Town of Washington. A copy of the complete guidelines is available for inspection and/or copying at the town offices dunng normal business hours. All are invited to attend the public heanng at the time and place aforesaid and present their views. The hearing is being held in a public facility believed to be accessible to persons with disabilities. Any person with questions on the accessibility to the facility should contact Laura Dodd.
