At the request of committee members, the supervisors agreed to substitute “Revitalization” for “Development” in the committee’s name to become the Economic Revitalization Advisory Committee. The request was made citing that many in Rappahannock County viewed the development as a pejorative, and that their task was oriented more to leveraging what was already in the county.
