We have just learned that Sally
Cunningham will no longer be president of the board of the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL). This strikes us as singularly unfortunate.
We are truly blessed in Rappahannock County by having so many willing and talented people who volunteer their time, energy and skills for the needs of the community.
