Duties include assisting manager in day to day management and operational supervision of our state licensed Adult Das Center program which includes client assessments, therapeutic activities program. lunch service, medications management, transportation Conducts assessments to determine care needs and develops individual care plans Responsible fix purchasing, billing, other administrative duties and assists with outreach/ marketing Must possess strong administrative, organizational, customer service, supervisory and communication skills Preferred candidate will also have experience with public speaking, presentations, marketing and promotions Must be able to work flexible hours as needed Monday through Friday Bachelors degree in a related field and two years experience working with frail elderly ot other physically/mentally disabled population which includes supervisory experience Strongly prefer a degree in Gerontology. Social Work, or have current licensure as an RN in Virginia Must receive certifications tn CPR. First Aid and Medications Management within 3 months of hire Requires criminal history, credit background and DMV record checks.
