A bare two weeks after announcing his candidacy, Peter Hitchen has withdrawn from the race for supervisor of the Piedmont District.
Hitchen said in a telephone interview Wednesday that “it just wasn't time yet, people don't know me.”
“I really want folks to know who I am,” said Hitchen and that it would take a little more time for that to happen.
