Jacqueline Segar Epes Jones of Washington, Va., received the degree of Bachelor of Arts at the University of Richmond commencement exercises held June 9, 1969. She concentrated on history at Westhampton College, the women’s undergraduate division of the university. She was a graduate of Rappahannock County High School and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones. The commencement ceremonies were held in the Mosque in Richmond.
Brenda Hackley of Amissville received her diploma from Rappahannock County High School at commencement exercises held Friday night. She was among the 36 graduates of the 1969 class who received diplomas presented by the school principal Dennis Wingfield.
