KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board will hold a public hearing at its mam office located at 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper, Virginia 22701 on June 9, 2009 beginning at 1 00 p.m . or as soon thereafter as the matter may be called to approve, confirm, and ratify the construction of the Boxwood facility (a residential substance and alcohol treatment facility, on 22 2882 acres located on Guinn Lane off U S. Route 1S29 in Culpeper County, Virginia) and the obtaining of loans totaling $4 2 million from the United States Department of Agriculture for the construction thereof and the granting of a first lien deed of trust on the aforesaid real estate to secure such loan and further the granting of a security interest in and to all of the other property and intangibles of the Community Services Board in favor of USDA All are invited to attend the public hearing at the time and place aforesaid and present their,views The hearing is being held m a public facility believed to be accessible to persons with disabilities Any person with questions on accessibility to the facility should contact Alisa Decatur at (540) 825 3100 ext 3146 or (540) 825-7391 (TTY)
