SYSTEMS ENGINEER Mindwrap, a leading provider of crossplatform document management systems for Macintosh and Windows computers, seeks a talented technical individual for a customer-focused position. This employee will be responsible for all aspects of system deployment including: project management, requirements analysis, software installation and configuration, training, some application and database design, and software integration, coordinating and managing additional resources as needed. The heart of this position is the ability and desire to understand customers needs and apply our Optix tools to solve technical and business problems, sometimes with product integration using scripting or small programs Some travel to customer work sites for brief engagements is required Qualified applicants should have a related degree and/or technical certificate, and professional experience The ability to program in at least one language and a working knowledge of SQL is required. Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, C, Java. HTML all a plus.
