Jenkins — Stroupe
Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Frances Maxine Stroupe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs, George G. Stroupe, of Stanley, to Pvt. John Walker Jenkins, son of Mrs. Luther S. Jenkins Sr, and the late Mr. Jenkins of Sperryville. The double ring ceremony was performed on March 23 in the home of ghe officiating minister, the Rev. Franklin Cale in Culpeper. The couple left immediately for Lawton* Oklahoma where Pvt Penkins it stationed with the Armed Forces.
