Mrs. F. D. Coffey Sr. aijd her daughter-in-law, Mrs. F. D. Coffey and W.. N. Rector joined Pvt. F. D. Coffey Jr. in Richmond for a week end visit with Mrs. S. W. Goodman. Elder and - Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were dinner guests on Saturday of Wilmer Carpenter and family at Berryville. They were enroute to, Martinsville where they visited Elder Daily’s sister, Mrs. W. B. Barr, who has been very ill. Elder Daily filled his regular appointment at the Primitive Baptist Church Saturday and Sunday and they were overnight guests on Saturday of Miss Violett Hiett and her parents. Elder and Mrs. Daily were guests on Tuesday of their daughter, Mrs. J. M. Dur-. den and family in Bentonville. « , Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kagey and family of Cottage City, Md. were!, week-end guests of Mrs. O. B. Swindler and her daughter, Miss Barbara Swindler.

Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer, and her daughter, Edna Yates Schaefer, Mrs. James Atkins and her daughter, Maureen Curry were shoppers in Front Royal, Saturday.
