The following are the subscriber rates for all Washington Post and' Times-Herald subscribers in this area effective April 1, 1954:
Daily and Sunday—-$1.95 per mo. or 45c per week; Daily only—$1.30 per mo. or 30c per week; Sunday only—$.65 per month or 15c per week. This will standardize all rates to both former Washington Post and Times-Herald subscribers in the area in which you live. As a result of this change, your regular carrier will receive a substantial increase in earnings. As you know, I am an independent distributor in business for myself, and your valued patronage is sincerely appreciated. You may be sure I will continue to exert every energy to insure prompt and regular delivery to your home every' morning.
