Woodard (age 66) in the following property: REAL ESTATE A certain tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 48.39 acres, more or less, and described as follows: Bounded by the lands of F. D. Wood and others. A portion of said land containing 8.39 acres was acquired by Burrell Woodard from John J. Miller et ux, by deed dated* June 10, 1903, and recorded November 19, 1915,' In the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 27, at page 446, and the remaining 40 acres of said land was acquired by said Burrell Woodard (also known as Burl Woodard), from F. D. Wood et ux by deed dated September 20, 1915, and recorded November 19, 1915, in the aforesaid Clerk’sOfficeinDeedBook 27, atpage 447. The sale \>f the life estate of Anna B. Woodard will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or rights of way or those of record.
