A funeral service will be held today, Thursday, at Forest Grove Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Clem A. Walters conducting. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Moffett Scott, Woodrow Scott, Edward Scott, Lewis Scott, Charles Scott, Edward Corder, Elmer Corder and William Corder. Funeral arrangements were handled by the Geest Funeral Parlors of Culpeper.

Continued from page 1 by the associations on basis of help-yourself or pay as much as you like or what you think it’s worth. These events have included both County and Open Classes. Winners in each completed in the final braces of the Championships. Entry fee of $2.00 per dog were required and silver trophies offered. Both have been selfsupporting and will be continued. The Beagle Trial is growing by leaps and bounds and is very popular among county and non-resident sportsmen. The Ground Hog Contest @ 10C per tail proved too expensive ($150.00) and will be discontinued.
