Chester Gap
All women of the community are invited to attend a meeting to discuss the possibility of organizing a home demonstration club. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, in the Chester Gap Fire Hall. Please come and show your interest. Miss Harriet Goode, Home Demonstration Agent, will be present.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Campbell and son, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Campbell and baby of Frederick, Maryland were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Paige Henson and family at Riverton last Friday night. On Wednesday night of last week Mr. and Mrs. Sealock and sons, Mrs. Lillian Fox, Janet and Glenda Fox andMra Tiny Fox visited Mrs. Bradley Williams. Last Tuesday Mrs. Harold Davis, Mrs. LaMerle Williams, Mrs. Minnie Williams and Mrs. Dorcas Kuser went down to Mr. Zuckerman’s, who is the distributor for oxygen tanks and respirators, and acquired an oxygen tank and equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department ambulance.
