from Kindergarten to ana including college you are merely being trained how tc think for yourself; and if you stop learning and thinking after graduation, you have stopped at the threshold of learning and not at the climax for the climax should come at the moment of death. Ideas, things, times, and circumstances, all change and life goes on-so should your education. A good way to accomplish this unending education is by reading, discussion, and open mindedness to the viewpoint of others. If you will take the time to read something worthwhile every day, or at least once a week, It does not matter how much formal schooling you have had. The world is at your fingertips for books have been written about practically everything under the sun. Patronize your public library and make it a going concern. It would be a noble gesture if some dedicated teacher in the community would teach those in the neigh borhood who cannot take advantage of the library because they do not know how to read. Children can be schooled, but adults can be educated. The above ideas are some of the thought s expressed by Mortimer J.
