being featured. The program has been arranged to compliment the members of the Washington, D. C. Composers Club upon the Fortieth Anniversary of its founding. Composers whose works will be presented are LaSalle Spiei) president of the club; Alba Rosa Vietor; Eric D. Bovet; r. Deane Shure; Dorothy Radde Emery; and the late Mary Howe. The first recital on the Luray Tower was given in 1937. Since that time, Carillonneur Charles T. Chapman has achieved national recognition and has performed on carillons all over the country. The program is open to the public.
