This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the recommendation of said School Board by its resolu tion duly passed at its- Special Meeting on the 31 st day of May, 1963; and the Clerk is directed to give descriptive notice of the Board of Supervisors’ intention to propose said Ordinance for passage at the next regular meeting of this Board, by publication once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Rappahannock Newfc, a newspaper published and having circulation in Rappahannock County, pursuant to Section 15.1-504 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended."

All persons for or against the passage of the aforesaid Ordinance may appear before the Board of Supervisors at the Regular Meeting to be held in the County Court House at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Friday, August 6, 1965, and will be heard.
