Notice U hereby given that the following Ordinance was proposed at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors on July 2, 1965, for passage at its next Regular Meeting on August 6, 1965. AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE LOCAL ENROLLMENT OR PLACEMENT OF PUPILS BY THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD PURSUANT TO TITLE 22, CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 1.2 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA AS AMENDED:
"BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia that all ■ power of enrollment or placement of pupils in the public schools of Rappahannock County, Virginia is hereby vested in the said Rappahannock County School Board, as provided for in Title 22, Chapter 12, Article 1.2 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as Amended.
