Elmer Bransom punen oi Washington, Va. operating a 57 Chevrolet, heading north, attempted to make a left turn into a driveway when he was struck in the left by another vehicle which was in the process of passing the Pullen car. John Ray Goad of Washington, D. C. was operator of the vehicle, a 62 Chevrolet. Goad was charged with failing to obey highway markings by Trooper Paul P. Dicks, who investigated the collision. Damage was estimated at $150 to the Pullen car and $65 to the Goad car.
