Mrs. Mary Spear of California and William Duncan of Stanley visited friends in the community last Tuesday. Boldridge were in Winchester Tuesday to visit Mrs. Edith Hisle who is a patient in the hospital there. The Rev. and Mrs. H. L. Kidd of Danville spent last Tuesday at their home here. Mrs. Julia Curtis is visiting Mrs. Harry Heflin and family at The Plains. Mr. and Mrs. Menefee Utz and son Wayne of Castleton were afternoon visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hitt.
