Reichenbecher, Jr., Northern Garrett County High School now at the University af West Virginia; and Ronald E. Stouffer, South Hagerstown High School- now at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. The Potomac Edison Scholar ship Program was established In *63. It was started, company officials state, to aid deserving young people in furthering their education in hopes that they will return to their local communities to make their contribution to the social,.political and economic welfare of this area.
