County. He attended Greenbriar Military School and was graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a B. S. in Animal Science. He has done graduate work in farm management, and soils, and received in service training which included agricultural production and marketing, and teaching methods. He was given the Distinguished Service Award ol the National County Agent’s Association No. 19.
He lives in Gid Brown Hollow with his wife, Frances who is j first grade teacher a Rappahannock Count] | Elementary School. They havi two children, Mrs. G. L. Warrer of Charlotte, N. C. and Davie Lyne with the U. S. Navy stationed at Norfolk.
Of his retirement, Mr. Lyne said, “I have been eligible foi retirement for three years,
