Art-Craft Meet
Feb. 25 for Project
There will be a meeting of the Arts and Crafts Group at Cab-Inn. February 25 at 10 a.m. to launch a new project of Tole painting and stenciling. Demonstrations ot two techniques will be given and each person attending will be given a practice panel for trying her own hands at this part before working on the tin object.
Metal trays, boxes, pots, papei baskets, etc. are only a few of the many tin things that may be decorated.
All who are continuing Decoupage at home will bring their pieces to this meeting anc make progress reports, asking questions or sharing what lhe\ have learned about the art, fron experience.
Bring a sandwich and 25 cent: to put in the kitty. Supplie: needed for this meeting are: smal amounts of varnish anc turpentine; one each vamisi brush; oil painting brushes (if yoi have them) small and medium ii size, flat and round in shape , Don’t buy brushes yet Somi advice ybll be given on kinds vo1 will n«-d.
