Forced moralization didn't work in the case of alcohol, and there is no reason to believe it will work here.
Let us then legalize marijuana, control of sale and use to be in line with present alcohol laws. A suitable tax on it would bring in much more needed revenue. The money is better put to use in the public good than in some private "pushers" hands.
