Mrs. Lucy Clater of Sperryville died early Wednesday morning in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Jesse Qater. Clore Funeral Home, Culpeper is in charge of arrangements, which have not been made because a son Danny Clater is enroute home from Vietnam. Another son, Kenneth Qater lives at Amissville.
