Restaurant Addition At Luray Caverns
A new -SI00,00ft addition to :he Caverns and Coach Restaurant was started this week according to an announcement made by H. T. N Graves, President of Luray Caverns.
Mr. Graves said, "We are having a constant increase in travel, and during the last two years our area food business has more than doubled. These two factors have taxed our facilities to capacity. It is with confidence in the future that we enter into this enlarged food facility."
The seating capacity of the newi addition will be in excess of 125 j people and with existing facilities the Caverns and Coach Restaurant will be one of the largest restaurants in the Shenandoah Valley.
Baughan Construction Company has been awarded the building contract and the architectural firm of Baughan & Baukhages, also of Luray. prepared the plans. July 1st is the scheduled completion date.
