and James W. Fletcher, Owners Sperryville, Virginia have applied for a Special l*se Permit in accordance with the Rapahannock County Zoning Ordinance, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicants desire to erect a building or buildings on the site of their former building used by the Rappahannock Farmers’ Co-op on Route 1002, which was destroyed by fire on February 5, 1968. The new building contemplated will not exceed the limits of the original building and ull concrete floors and walls of the original building will be used in this construction.
