Melanie Thornhill and Elvic Charles Dodson were cast as Bill Bailey and his wife and acted the role as the Rappahannock Elementary School chorus sang the song “Bill Bailey, Won’t You Please Come Home” during the S.C.A. meeting Friday. This was one of several entertaining skits presented by the schools in the Warren-Rappahannock S.C.A. Division when representatives from four schools met at the local grade school.
