This program will be beneficial to all homemakers, old and new. Mrs. Claypool will show slides illustrating the proper placement of lights within the home. She will demonstrate the desirable height of lamps, the proper distance from chair or table and correct wattage to use for reading, etc. Visitors are welcome to see and hear this very worthwhile program.
Plans are being made for club members to attend the District meeting which is scheduled for May 5 in the Armory in Manassas. Members are also planning a trip to Sully Plantation at Chantilly on May 15 to tour the mansion and observe the many crafts being exhibited.
