Water service in the Town of Washington will be temporarily suspended beginning Monday, May 3 through May 8. However, water will be pumped into the lines for limited use each afternoon between the hours of 4:30 and 10 p.m. Residents are advised that they should make arrangements for doing laundry elsewhere for the water supply will not accommodate automatic washers. The suspension of the water service is required while repair work is being done on the town supply reservoir which has developed a leak.
