Monday night, May 3 at 8 p.m. the Rappahannock Library doors will be open, the lights will be on and the public is invited to sit around the discussion tables to hear one of the county’s most distinguished citizens and outstanding resident, Lt. Gen. Daniel C. Noce. Plan now to come to the Library Monday night, May 3. Young men especially will find Gen. Noce’s example exciting since he is proof of how a person can develop himself to participate in the really significant actions of his generation...and who doesn’t want to be where the action is?
