Mr. Browning has been associated with the Flint Hill bank since the latter part of 1923. H became Cashier of the Flint Hill National Bank in 1923, was elected to their Board of Directors in 1931, and elected President in 1961. He was named a Senior Vice President of the Citizens National Bank after the merger of the two banks in 1962. Mr. Browning and his wife, Georgia Kay, will continue to make their home in Flint Hill after his retirement.
