RAPPAHANNOCK’S Supervisors have Seen asked to allocate $414 of the county budget for “seed money” to help establish an “agency on aging” to serve residents of the counties in Planning District Nine. The Supervisors responded to the ‘ ‘agency on aging’ ’ much as they did to other budget requests brought before them at their meeting last Thursday: They assured the supporters of edch program that they agree “It’s a fine thing,” but made it clear they aren’t about to raise taxes to fund all of them.
