ANNOUNCEMENT
I shall be an independent candidate for reelection to the House of Delegates subject to the general election on November 4, 1975.
The steep increases in electric rates are a great hardship on many people and it is my hope that as a result of the studies now underway by legislative committees, the Governor’s commission and consumer groups, there can be some action by the State government which would be practical and constructive and of some help in reducing the cost of electricity.
