RAPPAHANNOCK’S Supervisors made no commitments during a long morning of budget requests last Thursday, but they made it clear they’re not about to raise taxes in order to fund every program at the level supporters requested.
David Schewemer, representing Chapter 10 Mental Health Board, asked the Supervisors for $6,272. Schewemer said that the Chapter 10 program, based in Culpeper, is bringing more and more services into Rappahannock County.
