Bill Taylor did his part to capture first place for Rappahannock County High School in the Skyline District track meet held Friday at Montevideo. The Panthers with 51 points, emerged as the top team, with the Maroons second and Madison third. Bill won the mile run in 4:38.4 and took the two mile also.
